SERVICES Pharmacy The pharmacy is located at the entrance to the clinic and is accessed directly from The Dubai Mall, shopping Level 2, just past the LG store. The pharmacy provides prescription services to patients attending the clinic as well as over the counter products for retail customers. All prescriptions have to be electronically authorised through the DHA e – prescription portal to comply with the DHA initiative for the safe use of medications. To make this process as smooth as possible please ensure you present your prescription along with your Emirates ID and valid insurance card. Radiology Mediclinic Dubai Mall provides state-of-the-art medical imaging for the diagnosis and treatment of wide range of medical conditions. The Laboratory is accredited by ISO-15189:2012 and Joint Commission of International Accreditation (JCIA) and is fully integrated with other Mediclinic laboratories. All test results will be communicated to your treating physician who will discuss them with you.
