• Once a test is booked and paid for, the amount is non-refundable.
• However, 100% of the value you pay will be returned to you in the form of discount vouchers.
• You may choose vouchers from a wide range of partner brands and services through your profile.

5. Lab Selection

• Users can choose any available lab based on location and convenience.
• Testaty ensures that all listed labs are licensed and meet quality standards.
• The responsibility for sample collection and results lies with the selected laboratory.

6. User Responsibilities

• Respect appointment times and lab policies.
• Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.
